Energy Awareness
How to be in Control when Life feels Uncontrollable

Energy, is what motivates you to goals and positive routines but is also transferred from interactions with others throughout our day.

Energy; any combination of spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical representations; is the strength and vitality required for sustained activity.

Energy Awareness, of you and others, turns unconscious choices into conscious ones that can help overcome goal blocks and improve daily experiences.

Energy is a major key to accomplishing goals but also to finding fulfillment and happiness in daily activities. Especially when we need consistent motivation to stay engaged or to start working on a desired change.

Energy Leadership (ELI) is the process that develops a personally effective style of energy awareness and leadership that positively influences and changes not only yourself, but also those with whom you work and interact, as well as your situation, family, team, and/or company as a whole.

An Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment is a one-of-a-kind evaluation process that gauges how a person approaches and reacts to different circumstances and experiences by producing a combined numerical value of spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical energy. This proprietary, research-backed attitudinal assessment tool takes something abstract—the way you experience the world—and turns it into a tangible metric.

ELI assessments provide a personal, quantitative view into your level of energy based on your attitude or perception, and your viewpoint of your world right now.

As part of the ELI assessment and debrief session conducted by a Certified Coach, you'll learn about the 7 Levels of Energy and how they impact your leadership effectiveness.

Each of the seven energy levels are defined so that you can evaluate how and when they appear specific to you.

Coaching sessions will utilize ELI assessment results as a foundation to create a personal/professional development plan to help you learn how to interpret energy to navigate to higher mindfulness, fulfillment, and performance with full energy awareness.

You will move from functioning effectively to functioning optimally.

How is an ELI Assessment different?

There are two main types of assessments: Personality and Attitudinal.

Personality based assessments, such as Myers Briggs and D.I.S.C., are very valuable tools that pinpoint certain personality types so that people can have more of an understanding about what their strengths and weaknesses are. By understanding your personality and how it relates to what you do, you can adapt your behavior to "work with what you have" to function effectively.

An ELI assessment differs from personality assessments as it is not to label a person and have them work well within that label.

The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is an attitudinal assessment which is based on an energy/action model.

ELI measures your level of energy based on your attitude and perspective of your world right now. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered by increasing your energy awareness to reach desired goals or increase fulfillment throughout areas of your life.

By working with a Certified ELI-MP Coach and using your personalized results, you will learn ways to interpret energy throughout your daily activities increasing your full energy awareness.

There are no limits as to the potential growth that you can achieve once you realize that your level of consciousness is directly related to your actions.
