A complimentary Coach Discovery Call ensures a new client understands how coaching could help in areas that they express a desire to change, improve or uncover with new opportunities.
The dialogue is also to ensure the client and coach are a good match to partner in reaching goals.
General coaching agreement topics are also covered to ensure clients understand session logistics, financial responsibilities and next steps when they agree to proceed with a coach. All information provided to the Coach is kept strictly confidential as allowed by law.
Coach discovery calls are virtual using a video conference link provided at time of scheduling.

IMPORTANT PACKAGE SCHEDULING INFORMATION
Issuing of the ELI assessment requires acknowledgement of the Coaching Agreement by all new clients.
Upon completion of the online portion of the ELI assessment, your personalized report will be sent to me, Coach Renee Lawless, to conduct your debrief. A copy of your results will be sent to you before your scheduled debrief session to review.
Please allow 5 business days from today, to schedule your actual debrief session using the code provided at time of purchase (90 minute session).
During the debrief, we will review your results, discuss energy awareness and uncover opportunities to improve and grow as you desire.
Coaching sessions included in packages must be used within six months from time of purchase.
