    The Innovation Session is a discussion to create a plan of action customized to your specific needs from available services.

    The following information will be required to be submit ahead to maximize the discussion:

    • URLs to any existing online presence (website, socials, etc.)

    • Top 3 Priorities you want to achieve

    • Top 3 Obstacles or Concerns that you want to remediate

    INCLUDES:

    One (1) 60-minute Innovation Session will be held to create a plan of action decided by you customized to your specific needs from available support services.

    Based on a confirmed action plan, additional services requested will be estimated a time to complete and invoiced to start implementing as needed.

    Meetings to review content updates for publication or to complete training will be organized and invoiced as needed.

    AVAILABLE SERVICES:

    • Assistance in registering a URL (domain) and creating an online presence (i.e., website, socials, Google Business Profile).

    • Direct online content updates completed for you (will require granting temporary access to online sites).

    • Training and education to self-manage online content and business management applications.

    • Business operational process/automation consulting and training for business efficiencies.

    • Application solution recommendations for business management.

    • Graphic/logo recommendations and creation.

    • Other services as deemed applicable based on an innovation session.
